Boomer was retired a year too soon. He was still playing well at the time and would have contributed plenty the following year. He could have reached 450 games, which I doubt would ever be beaten.
The way that North Melbourne Sacked Brent Harvey was disgraceful as was the way that they sacked Drew Petrie. North has not made the 8 since these insane sackings and they appear years away from another Finals appearance.
