I like the Neko so much I usually have two sometimes 3 rods ready for it. My bread and butter would be using 4-5 " stick worms and similar baits on a similar set-up to what Brent Ehrler is using. I also have a medium heavy rod set-up for 6-7 " Senko's/ Ochos along with some 8- 10" straight tail worms that I will throw occasionally. If it's real tough fishing I will throw small worms on straight 6 lb floro.
hello thank you.i been wacjy riggin zoom tricks , finesse mainly and 3 and 4 inch senkos about 15 yrs.also the zoom centipede is a hvy hitter on the wacky ,i git some nail weights and they look like there gonna fit better in the senko size worms better than the straight tail zoom finnesse.i use them for shajyhead too.i am a bug fan if tge hackall fliks too but they are very light but they will hit them when nothin else is hitting .eager to try the neko rig this year. i was usin the nedhead with a 4 in keiteck in dec , Jan .. i wanna try the biospawn worm neko style.try cash custom worms extreme stix if u like 4 in senkos.there better softer have better scent and cheaper and hand poured.mefa colors fast shipping.i just bought 180 of them.u can buy single pk, 25 pk or 50pk. 50pk is 28$ . they usually destroy them before they hit the bottom.colirs are the best 2 tone colors in like 100 colors
Great video . Elaztech for the ned rig is very good for colder waters too.Neko works for both cold and warm waters. Just slow the presentation down when it is colder...
Evobassfishmn Are you running braid to flouro? If so have the AGS guides been holding up good? JW I heard Daiwa says that you’re not suppose to go braid to flouro with AGS.
Brian Dennard The o ring saves your bait from getting torn up. The bait will last longer. The wacky rig uses 2 rings in a criss cross. Then the hook is 90degree to the bait. You can buy the o ring tools at bass pro amazon. Hope it helped
