I sang this to my son everyday he was in the NICU 5 months I sang this to him.....he fought super hard I'm happy to say he is now home and will be 1 in 4 days :) I still sing this to him I let him know daddy will always love him and be there for him no matter how old he gets :)

Growing up.. My mom always got me my favorite VSH Disney movies. Tarzan was my absolute favorite, the sound track, everything. My mom passed in 2020 due to cancer. It’s been hard even now. This will be my wedding song in dedication of her. She’ll forever be in my heart, no matter what they say.

I've been struggling with my parents, especially since I moved out. My dad and I have always had a special bond. He doesn't do good at showing affection, but recently I've seen him reaching out more and realizing that his little girl isn't so little anymore. I'll always be his pumpkin but it's time for me to grow up, and he's struggling with that. I really think that this is how it should have been originally. This is such an amazing song, and the slow version makes it so much better. I'm literally in love with this one.

I sing this to my twins as they were my first children ever and I cry like a baby every July 2nd because it's their birthday and I dance with them to it even before this version ever came out but this one I'm playing this year as they will be 10 years old. I get so emotional listening to it as they got so big and they talk back, break rules, stink like all boys do, and they are the most wonderful set of twins I could ever wish for. I love this version as it's like a mom singing it to her baby boy or a parent in general singing it to their babies. It's like me saying I love them in the most special way. Also they get super embarrassed when I make them dance with me to this and when I start crying they just say "Mom you're such a big cry baby" and I always respond with "You'll get it when you're older one day "
