Derek wasn’t on his neck. George died in part because Derek didn’t get him help in time and is guilty for that. George Floyd was also high on Fentanyl and Methamphetamine per toxicology reports. If George Floyd had simply listened to Police, he would be alive

If you didn’t watch the trail don’t start sharing your uneducated opinion that’s just wrong. He was wrong. He killed him. If he didn’t mean to kill him he wouldn’t have kept his knee on his neck even after GF died he was pulled off by ems. Plenty of citizens had asked him to check for a pulse, including a fire fighter. Two medical examiners made it clear that GF did not die because of his drugs he died due to asphyxiation caused by Chauvin. The drugs didn’t kill him

Most justifiable shooting ive ever seen. 4 shots was excessive but in that scenario alot can happen if the first one or two aren't effective. If he didn't shoot immediately there would have been 2 dead black girls. One shot, one stabbed.

He learned this insensitivity as a child it was ingrained in his psyche, his mom and dad like everyone white in Mississippi didn't value the life of "colored people" and didn't care who knew it, they were proud of their racism, from the Governor on down, the citizens and the police murdered black citizens with impunity. Brett Favre is correct from a legal stand point. Minnesota defines Unintentional 2nd Degree Murder (which DC was convicted of) as (I'm paraphrasing) - killing someone without intending to kill them. In DC's case he didn't intend to kill GF by keeping his knee on his neck, he just wanted to subdue GF. In my opinion, DC didn't intend to kill GF. Most likely he got spooked by the crowd gathering and was afraid that someone might "rush" him. This led him to continue keeping his knee on GF (his perceived immediate threat) and focus more attention on the crowd (his perceived possible future threat) - these actions still qualify him for Minnesota's Unintentional 2nd Degree Murder.

That George Floyd was pulled out of the police car, and was suffocated laying on the concrete floor with a knee to his neck to the point of crying for his mom, and pissed himself laying there lifeless.
