The police do it to people all the time. Lots of states exercise that if 2 suspects are armed to commit a crime and if the cops end up killing one of them, the SURVIVING suspect is charged with murder. Texas ALSO has the "law of parties" which is garbage by itself but it sends men all included to death row.

moral of the story....SLEEP with drug dealers you can get shot....

For what? For applying for and signing a search warrant for appartment of person, who had rented a car in her name, which was used for dumping of a body? If you don't want to have search warrants for you, don't get involved in your boyfriend's or girlfriend's crime business.

@@teme1761 Really! Yes the police need better training, no doubt! But I am sure this person you speak of had a past history with the law. And if these lawyers and judges didn't bargain to where this person was still allowed in the community, this would not have happened. I feel so horrible for this young lady, her future husband, and family. But if the judge and lawyers that let this scumbag BACK ON THE STREETS, this tragedy would have never happened!

These officers make sure we are safe everyday! Even to argue our opinions on the phone we are safe. They arrest these criminals everyday only for a judge and lawyer to let them free the next day. No justice for anyone. I am so distraught on what happened to this beautiful young lady 💞. But it goes a lot further than the police. They are last on totem pole. Should someone be held ACCOUNTABLE, YES! BUT we cannot put blame on one soul, that's what they want. You think that one and only one individual is to blame? Then you have a lot to learn about the system that screws us everyday!

The officers were justified in using deadly force as they were shot at first. Breonna died when they returned fire only after her boyfriend shot and wounded one of the officers.

@@John-kv7jo No knock raid gone wrong. Boyfriend shooting cop was found justified. No drugs found. Total police screw up.

@@galacticmodeler3173 The only reason for a no knock warrant is to prevent loss of evidence. No drugs were found here. The moral is to severely decrease no knock warrants. Just my opinion. As far as I know Breonna never committed a crime.
