You know what's the best about this? By actually doing everything wrong and making a joke about it people are way more likely to realise that they do this to and that they're doing it wrong rather than when you tell them that what their doing is wrong
This happens to be my favorite dressage video. Each movement that appears a mistake has been rehearsed and perfected. I wonder if the horse thinks this is fun. My horses know when I laugh and joke around.
Tristan ....do you have a good video with good sound for your performance at the World Cup last year in Omaha? I loved your show....but missed some of the horse's comments....which I know you would agree is the beauty of the show....Thank you. Anne Marquardt
I don't see the humor of this. Why are you doing that to you're horse? That poor horse. There are enough bad examples in dressage. This is a "funny" one.
Sanne van Dam, apparently you haven't enough time working, riding or training horses. you're missing the joke, it's fun and exaggerated ride with an expressed inner dialogue any rider can relate to, but you can clearly see that the rider is in complete control of the horse and that the horse is happy to do the work he is asked off. it's a bit, and a clever one. Chill
How do you know that? I do get the "joke". But why show it on you're horse. You miss the horses mouth torn to crap. And the stress it is getting form it. I work a lot with horses and train a lot of people and I'm getting very tired of it. The shit the horses have to deal with because of the stupidity of the human.
Julie Ayton Yates well I think a different approach toward the horse brings levity to the sport. Not showing the miscommunication in a funny way with you're own horse.
