Poor Robbo has such high expectations of himself; and it's clearly because he knows he can run faster but hits a point where his stomach or abdomen cramp up and stitch. This must be so frustrating. Wish him all the best!

If you can find to accept it and not feel like you have to “get rid of it,” you’ll do even greater! I’m not saying to stop trying to find a solution, but while looking also learn to run fast with it! You can do it!!
