Yes, this is great. I put the pulp catcher in the dishwasher and it didn't get very clean. Using the brush ahead of time makes the difference. Great video!
Thank you, great video. There are so many magical vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients in that pulp! I hope you make a video on pulp recipes. I make veggie-nut burgers and soups. 💚
I just made my first juice Celery juice Came out great Thanks for your video And great tip about using a simple plastic bag in the basket to make clean up so easy ! 😊😃🥰
@@patrickharris2447 Is it a Breville Juicer? You found it for $140? That's a great price. Sounds like it is not the same as mine but the Breville brand is one you can trust. I'm sure she'll love it. If it's not Breville I'm sure it will be a nice intro juicer. You'll use it and learn what you like and don't like about it and when it gives up the ghost you can upgrade. :)
Thank you for making the RU-vid videos for this juicer because there aren't many reviews online for this model. Also, the juicer is still available on Amazon, but your link goes to a page that says it is currently unavailable.
Thank you, Lee. I swear I'm learning about this affiliate stuff. Every time they change the product listing I lose my link. I've got a new one below. I love my Breville Juicer. I will say the only things I don't like are it produces a lot of foam or froth and I sometimes get chunks of produce in my juice which didn't have with my previous, less expensive juicers. However, the trade-off is the juice yield and how easily it juices hard produce like ginger and turnmeric. Thanks for your feedback! amzn.to/34UyYkj
Would you be able to do a more update review? It seems everyone doing reviews on blenders does it the first or second time they use them, but not many do them several months later, when most problems or disadvantages make themselves known.
Yes, it does. But to get the best kale yield i use dinosaur kale. I ball up spinach and put it between apples or beets or something to keep it from blowing around.
I have a question when I put together my juicer and I have the one that you have sometimes instead of the roughage going in the bag back in that container some of it goes down the side of the back and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong
It might be that the container is not secure. Make sure the bag you're using is pulled down around the container well and it fits tightly. If that doesn't help send me a video and maybe I can see what's wrong. :)
Pro tip. I put my pulp in my disposal. I put in a little at a time. Haven't had any problems. I run water down it for a couple minutes. I know. Water waste.
Did your stains come out? I juiced carrots and mine stained😭!! I’m devastated. I will try lemon juice today... also do you noticed a lot of foam on your juice after?? Is this normal ? I’m new to juicing
@@Chellybean219 Oh sorry. Some juicers produce more than others. It depends on how much air the machine produces when it extracts the juice. It will liquify after a while.
I'm going to do a video soon. I get this question a lot. It does really well compared to other juicers I've had. There are special juicers just for leafy greens that do better. Personally, I don't juice spinach because it's light and the leaves are small so it can tend to fly through the juicer. I like to juice dinosaur call because it is heartier or lettuce like Romaine. But it yields a lot more juice than other juicers I've had for all fruits & veggies.
It's great with root vegetables. The best thing with beets is to quarter them but it yields a lot of juice. I'll juice them on camera next time. That's a great idea. Regarding Kale, I use dinosaur kale as much as possible because it's heartier. These kinds of juicers aren't the best for green leafy vegetables. A masticating juicer is best. But this juicer yields more juice from produce than other juicers I've tried. I have the 1200 watt version because I love to juice ginger, turmeric, and beets which is hard for juicers with less power. Sounds like you like root vegetables too. So I'd suggest the higher watt version on the hard vegetable setting. I hope that helps. :)
