7 mins or 8 mins for crispy waffles is a long time. And top is lighter than the bottom. Does it heat both bottom and top of waffle maker. Thanks for doing the review it was very helpful.

Ceramic and removable plates? I’ve been searching for this! Very hard to find a waffle maker with both. This is the first time I have seen one.

Mine makes only the first two batches. The rest doesn't raise. I measured the temperature using infrared thermometers and the top one doesn't heat well. It caused the house's electricity to blow twice. I think something in it is broken but can it be fixed?

I recommend leaving your waffle batter to rest in the fridge over night. It will be more fluffer and softer
