For this video, you will need:
4 lbs peaches
1 cup table sugar
2 lbs honey
4 lbs water (fill the empty honey container with water twice)
1 teaspoon acid blend
1 campden tablet
Equipment you will need:
A fermentation bucket or large food grade container
A measuring cup
A spoon
Brewing sanitizer
