Brewer's Blackbird male calling 

Near the welcome center at Yosemite National Park on March 9 2024, there were tons of calling Red-winged Blackbirds and Brewer's Blackbirds around. As I was walking towards our car, I noticed this male sitting only slightly above eye-level and calling animatedly. The vestiges of brown on his face mean this is probably a young adult gaining his first adult plumage!
