Brewing Adjunct Grains - Rye, Oats, Wheat, Corn - Flaked and Unmalted

Since you mentioned Honey Smacks I want to brew a Honey Smacks beer. I tried once and thought I had all my ducks in a row but it turned out my ducks were died. Google has no idea what I'm thinking here so could you help me out with a basic recipe or idea where to start? Love the channel (kissing ass)!!!!!

I've been using all grain horse food as my adjunct for years, it has unmalted barley, oats, and corn. Coated in molasses. I'm using rice for my next batch though.

Thoughts on popping your own popcorn to try getting a different character from heritage or specialty popcorn varietals? The sheer volume would be an issue to deal with initially. I heard millett can be popped the same way

Great video guys! As far as I know, you don't need to crush any of the flaked products; they can be added directly to your mash. I'm not sure you guys mentioned this? I had forgotten this simple trick in an IPA I recently brewed and I ended up getting my grain mill stuck due to the flaked oats in my grain bill.

Extremely too much too fast for a grower who is trying to figure out the best thing to do for the Brewers in my area

The best beer I brewed to date: 85% Pilsner Malt 10% Flaked Rice 5% White Wheat Malt Magnum hops to bitter, then Saaz and Nelson Sauvin near the end...and also added some Amylo / Diazyme to increase the attenuation so it finished super dry in negative plato....so dry and crisp and refreshing...and those flaked rice additions made it pop!
