BREYERFEST SURPRISE HORSE 2020 || Guesses & Speculations for Salinte Surprise Special Run Model

This video makes me even more excited for BreyerFest!! I put the Surprise Horse as my 4th choice for the fact that it might a mold I don’t care for, but more then likely it’s going to be like 2018 and I’m going to regret not getting it, and have to buy it second hand. Salinero or Wixom are my 2 top guess and I like the idea of a Valgro Pintolossa!!! I love Pintolossa! I was really surprised not to see the Fell Pony or Icelandic any where in the BF line up!? I really wanted to see an Icelandic!! Love your Vidoes Stormy!!!!!

I think maybe a unicorn could factor into this surprise. Unicorns and Ireland have a strong strong connection maybe even if it’s a variation of Whatever mold they use or as the decorator

Your video was the first time I'd seen the quote from Breyer about "cheers" so I immediately searched for Salinero translations and Google immediately came up with Bartender which seems like a big giveaway for the cheers theme!

Yesss! Love when this video comes out. I really hope it is True North/Cantering Warmblood but doesn’t seem very likely! A draft also seems likely or one of the british horse molds. I don’t really want it to be Salinero or the Walking Thoroughbred but they seem very likely. Salinero is growing on me though..

YAYY!! Omg I was so excited about this video, loved wathing the older ones as well :D It's always fun to guess even if the real model will be something totally different. I would ~scream~ if we got Valegro as a surprise, I love that mold soooo much! I would also like Carrick or Goffert or the Cleveland Bay as well. I would not be very happy with Salinero or Totilas since I'm getting the recent regular runs and I'm not planning on keeping more than one color of these models on the shelf. I can't guess the colors just hopefully there won't be too much dapples like last year, I just don't like Breyer's dapples on the models so I prefer having just a beautilful solid color. Will see will see, I'm extremely excited and thank you so much for the video! It was fun as always ^_^

For colors I would guess not as used colors- extreme splashes, cremellos and blue roans would be cool!

I’ve already watched an hour of RU-vid today XD I rewatched the vengeance rain recap again, because that is COMPLICATED!And then this😂 I haven’t finished the vid. Maybe it’s the model mold that’s on Patrick.

For my special run preferences I put the Slainte Surprise in eighth place. With Breyerfest being a virtual event trading a mold I don't care for will be too complicated so I wasn't enthusiastic about the surprise horse this year.

Surprised to see my Irish Draught photo turn up in a Stormy video! :) I think you could be onto something with Valegro, and there are a lot of possibilities for the decorator - maybe a tartan pattern?

I kinda think it would be goffert if we consider last year for referance. They used Andalusian as Prism and then we had the surprise horse andalusian and now we have Crystaline so maybe? But I reaaaaly hope it's Salinero!

The Cleveland Bay mold is actually one of my top picks for a surprise model, but I feel like you must have read my mind because I’ve been thinking strongly about the Salinaro mold.

I really really want it to be the icelandic cause I love that mold but I’ll be happy with any of them!I also would love a strawberry roan as a solid surprise but that’s kinda bias cause I own one.

I just hope it’s a good mold and not a vintage mold😂😂😂

I really hope Breyer does a solid roan preferably a red roan since they usually don’t do that.

I am relatively new to Breyer collecting and BreyerFest but I think that a set of the Fell pony and the Icelandic is not impossible. I’ve seen a couple of things that could have been clues if that were to happen. As a unicorn lover, I’m surprised that there hasn’t already been a unicorn represented considering the theme. I’ll be disappointed if the decorator isn’t a unicorn. Speaking of which, I realize that it’s very unlikely to be Silver, but I have to say that Silver as a unicorn would be very reminiscent of Ireland’s crest. I’m excited for the Surprise and I’ve put it at the top of my list, even hoping to get two with my two tickets. Not knowing what you’ll get is part of the fun. I think I’ll even stay off social media once they start shipping out so that I can be totally surprised when I open mine.

I definitely think it will be Salerino, for one it's a perfect fit and theres also another reason, but I cant tell lol i really hope its him and imagine a unicorn as the deco!

My top five is : 5) Goffert (but there are a lot of "Irish Cob" this year xD) 4) Mustang Mare (Idk why but I have a strong feeling about her) 3) Catch me (but maybe he's a bit too seems-like the celebration mold ? Like a galloping jumper ? I don't know why but i feel him half-half xD) 2) Valegro 1) Salinero (The "keltec" in his name seems a way too obvious but it'll be sooooo awesome if he's the Surprise horse !!!) At first, I pick some draft up but there are so much draft this year :'D I really hope it will not be a pony (or at least a couple of them, like Magic and Hamlet but it's not a strong feeling and this means a LOT of colors varation to make for Breyer XD) In my mind, Big Ben/Milton isn't that's unpopular. He's a bit old, but I keep him in my "maybe" list :'D I was hoping for Bristol, but he came out twice this year (Seattle soirée AND in the vintage club) so he's completly out. Idem with Idocus. I don't feel Wixom at all. I don't feel like this mold is really appreciate. It's a nice mold but it take so much place and hard to handle... I'm soooo excited for the Breyerfest ! I'm even excited for the decorator even if I don't collect any decorator xD I really hope for a rainbow or gold horse !

I think Giselle and Ruffian have the best shot, as neither have been used much, and a unicorn for the decorator. I kind of doubt a frame overo would be in the lineup as it’s origins are in American breeds. But I do see buckskin, chestnut, bay, and grey with or without pinto or appaloosa!

I wonder if for last year they didn’t make the decorator glossy because of his coloration mixed with him being clearware gave him the illusion of being semi glossy without being glossy, and the fact, I think I’m remembering correctly, the bonus anniversary surprise model was glossy and they felt they had enough glossy models and felt the decorator didn’t need to be glossy.

since Sunday of Breyerfest last year when we learned the theme, I’ve had Keltec in my head as the surprise because of his name and now i can’t picture anything different 😂

If they don’t add in an Irish thoroughbred to represent Irish racing/breeding, that would be a huge oversight on Breyer’s part. Irish horse racing is such a big part of their culture, anyone who has gone to Ireland would notice they care so much more about racing than America. Cigar, Carrick or Ruffian would do that aspect of Celtic culture justice.

I really hope it’s Ruffian, Cigar, Silver, Huckleberry Bay, the Icelandic (even tho it’s a pony I think it’s super cute and I wouldn’t mind) ,Totalis (not sure how to spell that lol) Salinero or Valegro. Those are my top picks :D great video

I guess we’ll just find out when we find out but I hope it something from 180 to guess it would be kind of cool to have a leprechaun horse or something neat to see through Green Haus now I see why happens when we get it and I am hopefully maybe you should show them so what do you get after this whole thing is this virus is over on line or something

I am hoping they do Salernero really bad too. I think the mold is just so pretty and it’s fairly popular. I could see them doing lots of really cool patterns/color/decors on this mold!

They even did a unicorn of him as a one of a kind Auction mold for BreyerFest

Also I know he’s older but I had been thinking about Lennarth the true Britain mold

My guess is its a stock horse. All the classes of horse have been represented except stock horse. Im guessing forever saige. But if it needs to relate to the theme idk how they wouldnt use goffert 😅
