unfortunately no, the system does not allow two connections to be used simulataneously. you will have to either download the song in your phone or connect the USB to the system and use Maps your phone separately (mount on a mobile holder, etc.)

pro sync is for updates which will be VERY scarce. as for pro app, its to remotely control the infotainment system, which I find to be useless to be honest

unfortunately no, since only one USB port is provided for the infotainment unit if you're using maps with Android Auto, you can ONLY play music via your connected android device (can be played from apps or downloaded music)

since i do not have the particular details of your case, i can only advise basic troubleshooting 1. check your Android Auto application on the Play Store, see that its updated to the lastest version 2. open the Android Auto application from device settings and clear the cache 3. factory reset your SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system from the settings 4. try a different data cable when connecting your phone to the system hope this helps :)

i am aware of the fact that there is an update, am working on the same. there was no info about the update at the time this video was shot and uploaded. i appreciate your concern :)

yes you can use any audio-based app on your phone for media playback when paired with android auto, the phone works normally

You said cant play media in infotainment system. But using Android auto you can play in itself.

@@BhushanChandak i was referring to streaming videos on the infotainment screen, audio-based media you can play

for me it works well. as long as my phone's bluetooth is on, the infotainment system detects it and connects automatically. maybe tap on phone connection option on the infotainment system once for it to detect automatically
