This is so emotionally captivating because Charles is literally the Personification of a Dog. If a dog could talk, it would sound like Charles. His thoughts and emotions are just like a pet dog.

I used to think David Earl was being a bit lazy by playing the same character a lot of the time but I'm starting to think there's something a bit more clever going on now, it's almost like he's weaving a continuity through everything he appears in, like hes making totally different productions part of the same universe or something. The character also has that marvellous way being able to go from primitive toilet humor to true poignancy and back again. It's absurd how quickly he can switch from fart jokes to heart wrenching introspection.

The first time I watched this I had to re-watch again and again. Its something about Charles I can't stand yet he's funny as hell. This is my favorite short comedy film I have ever seen. how this peaked around 135K views is beyond me. This should be in the millions.

I believe this may be one of the first times I've written a comment. I truly loved it. Such gentle and honest humour performed by a true comedy great. I loved everything about it. I loved the robot, the lettuce, the man with the beard. I loved everything about it! ;)

This is such an amazing, funny, touching film, I could watch it over and over. Genius.
