I'd mentioned my own depression and how wrestling was an escape and a reminder of better times. 21:29 I would not be surprised they denied him his medication. Law enforcement is not trained to understand how medication works, especially narcotics taken for pain. They would just see it as a typical person who is drunk and needing a night to withdraw. Except, it is not like that at all. People who have been taking that medication, even as prescribed, would have withdraw. Not to mention, the pain they are trying to address would be more severe. There is very little help for people arrested for drugs over the first few days to weeks. I hate drugs, don't like drug users, but it is cruel to let them suffer and not get help. Even worse is to deny people who take medication on a regular basis. Over the years, I have lost more and more respect for cops. They are not there to protect anyone. If they were, why do they always show up after the crime?! Cops are nothing but city enforcers for the city political mob. They are not there to protect YOU. There are there to protect the person that signs their check.

I just ran across this. I was in the jail hospital the night Brian was rushed in. Me and another woman were being cruelly tortured that night and I had been wrongly arrested and treated brutally. I think it was a police gang initiation night. I have had so many scary things happen to me every since. I believe it was for whistleblowing my suspicion that it was a murder by police. I have uncovered far more evidence and information about that since then because I am so haunted by it. I believe it involves police gangs in LA and probably police departments nationwide. They are drug and human trafficking under color of law. Many celebrities, government, and other influential entities are involved with the cartels and organized crime and when people pose a threat, they gang stalk them and kill them when they can. I had to move and was told to go to the FBI by the Department of Justice, but I am scared because I believe our local FBI, if not the entire bureau, is corrupt. A lot of crimes are intentionally being overlooked that involve important people, especially politicians and government entities. I'm genuinely afraid for my life and David Liebe Hart who is also harassed and abused by these people and the police cover it up and retaliate against the people who report it. If anything ever happens to me, remember I said this. I 100% believe Brian was murdered and police covered it up and I thought that was soon as I found out that he had died the night I was in the jail hospital with him. They were cruel to all of us. I am convinced the people who work there are sociopaths and involved in gangs and police corruption. I witnessed and experienced it for myself.

I could not imagine losing a child like that. I stopped referring to the era he was in WWF/E as the attitude Era and started calling it the pain med Era. I had several surgeries in a short time for injuries so I understand how they got addicted to the meds so easily. I dont blame Jerry at all for his suspicion here, to many times you read about deaths like this and it looks like the families are just looking for an alternate explanation. That's does not feel like that in this case to me anyway.

The thing that concerns me the most about this situation is the fact that Brian was put in general population. The fact that he is Jerry Lawler's son combined with the fact that he has some notoriety himself makes it patently unsafe for him to be housed with other inmates. It makes him a Target, and it doesn't surprise me that he was assaulted.

The thing is, he was doing a short stint at a county jail. Most inmates in county just want to do their time as quietly and quickly as possible. He was only doing 30 days, this should’ve been a breeze. I can see why nobody expected any issues. That said, you’re right. Somebody just had to test the big shot wrestler. Brian just wanted to play some cards and run out the clock.

What I don’t understand is how, if he blew 0.00 on the breath test, he could be arrested for being drunk. Plus, the policeman can’t have smelled intoxicant on him if he blew 0.00.
@darreng745
@darreng745 Год назад
Because under some state laws the field sobriety test ie walk the line is considered to be more reliable than a hand held intoximeter which is not evidentual in nature and thus inadmissible. In fact in some states only a blood test will be admissible in court as proof of intoxication or drug use after an arrest by means of the field sobriety test, that is sadly true and there are numerous attested cases on First Amendement auditor sites here on YT relating to wrongful/unlawful arrest by police mis using the laws on DUI. When the law enforcement agencies in America practice policing by consent and not by means of being able to lie as defined by the SCOTUS decision on the matter and do not have qualified immunity, then cases like this might not even happen.

Because he was probably under the suspicion of being under the influence of something else that impaired him. It doesn’t have to be alcohol. You can be on xanex or Lord knows what other kind of controlled substance and still blow a 0.00 on a breathalyzer that only detects alcohol. My guess is the officer suspected he was on something else since he was not drunk.

Having worked conventions with Brian, I can say, the man had his demons. He would normally show up so coked out of his mind, that he would be asked to leave and even get into confrontations with security and cause huge scenes. It was sad. He would disappear from the convention for hours and come back drunk or so stoned out of his mind, he could barely stand. Just seeing him go through all that... suicide doesn't seem that unlikely.

So your conclusion comes from ONE event at a wrestling convention and not an incident where HE HAS to detox because he's in jail. So there shouldn't be any alcohol or drugs in his system. And the EVIDENCE that he was murdered and it WASN'T suicide, along with witness reports that he didn't kill himself. Oh yeah, it's highly likely your convention story explains all of this. Especially since he's was plastered that day.

No offense to Jerry but I would never have trusted a prison official to care for my son. When you trust a prison official, in this case, you're also trusting his staff and all of his inmates. Unfortunately, a lot of prison systems are underfunded, understaffed and filled with incompetent employees. The concept of a high level of care and protection in jail is ridiculous. I'm not saying Brian committed suicide but the possibility that he did is very real. Making an inmate go through cold turkey detox. is pure torture. Plus, Brian was in a high-stress situation where he was fighting other inmates. Cold turkey detox., while fighting for your life, could make almost anyone suicidal. Condolences to Brian's family.

The space on the neck looks like he had his hand flat palm out trying to stop the rope from strangling him. The bruising showing the rope is wrapped around and because that space is there it’s easily shows he fought for his life. It’s not a fist it’s his own hand trying to stop from being strangled. He fought for his life he didn’t take it. God bless him and his family.

This whole fiasco stinks to high heaven ! It seems like Doolen had a hard on for Brian. Just by the photos Jerry took after Brian died shows very clearly that Brian had his hand in front of his throat and that's why there is no brown bruise in that area . But are as plain as day on each side of his neck. That was an execution not a suicide. Doolen should have been removed from that prison immediately. Especially with the fact that the cameras were never working when the inmates died. And the number of inmates that died in that jail in the span of 5 years. ( Jeffery Epstein sound familiar ) ?
