Assuming you are putting in the time with/for your children. Sleepless nights to wake with your babies, sacrificing sleep to workout and meal prep once they go to sleep, hormonal changes that come with pregnancy, diastasis recti to make room for your baby (especially if you have a large baby), the list goes on and on. I suppose it all depends on your standard of beauty, but looking good for your age or for having children is still just a nice way of saying, you could look way older or way worse, and honestly, I don't think women should see that as a negative thing. I have lifted throughout all of my pregnancies and make nearly all of our meals. My husband and I are both hunters and I am an angler (not my husband's thing), homestead and buy from local farmers to avoid all the junk in the meat from the grocery stores, but we still look at pictures of ourselves before we had kids and laugh at how much older we look even though we are still both fit and healthy. It's just part of reality for the majority of people. P.s. Kids are 100% worth speeding up the aging process for 😂
