I'm happy to see you and to hear your warm and gentle voice again- you light up the rainy day....Thank you for sharing this nice little poem ❣I send you all my love Brian and wish you a perfect day- kisses and hugs ❣ ❤🌈❤
A salutary reading for Good Friday. Thank you! Not sure if it requires a deep exegesis or a chuckle. (Might need another listen.) Hugs for all going through hard times this Easter season. May you rise again, shining and powerful, like the phoenix at the end of your troubles. Until then, hang in there. The sun will rise again and the storm clouds will clear, in their own time. Blessings to all.
dearest Brian, I'm watching and re- watching your sharing: thank you It's wonderful to see and listen to you, you left me speechless, you could have a future as a dramatic actor
I own a first editioin of In His Own Write and Skywriting by Word of Mouth. I've never heard anyone recite Lennon's poetry except Lennon. Thank you, Sir Brian!
Bravo! Beautiful reading! Thank you so much! There is truly no end to your talents! I would love to hear you read more poetry. I hope you're doing well and enjoying yourself and having fun with your loved ones! Love you!
Wonderful! I remembered my old University class, where I recited “Jabberwocky” for a student’s exam. It sounds different from English today, but has lots fun in pronunciation, just like this Lennon’s work. And I recently and finally got a book “Brian May’s Red Special.” There I found brilliant pics of 16-years-old Brian singing like the Beatles on the acoustic guitar. The young little Beatle fan has shining expression on his face! It was so impressive to me, a Queen fan. The love lasts forever!
I am so happy and very glad to see you dear Brian in your personal post. Very well said and reminiscent of John Lennon. Always a pleasure to see you. We miss you in your posts. I love you dear Brian ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤✨️
Didn't know you were such a marvelous "reciter", Bri 😊 Greetings from a lifelong fan from Spain. Thank you for everything and for being such a awesome rocker, scientist and human being
This is a post of John Lennon’s ‘Alec Speaking’ poem which was his exercise in sounding silly. And yet in reading it I’ve never seen Brian look so SERIOUS. Is everything ok there ? Now I’m concerned.🙁😕
On the other hand, I would like to know how to become friend with the 2-year-old girl who glanced at the cover of your Wembley Stadium Live DVD and ran off screaming, "Ah! Queen!!" This happened last year.
When we hold a local product fair in a department store (such as Hokkaido, Kyushu, etc…), college students come to work. Sometimes we play Beatles CDs as background music in the sales area. The other day, I asked those students, "Hey, do you know the Beatles?" Most of them replied, "No, what are the Beatles?" Is this a generation gap?
Wow, I never thought about the accent difference between Liverpool and London, but here in the US simply going from New York a relatively short distance to Boston is also significant! Closing my eyes I could hear Lennon as you spoke!
@@BrianMaymusic I have list of Queen songs that I like 1 Bohemian Rhapsody 2 you're my best friend 3 Flash 4 Flash 5 Radio Gaga. I hope to see you soon.
