Thanks for yet another good take. I agree that it’s hard to believe she hasn’t been at least paying attention to this case. Up until she said that I was thinking at last a good judge. After hearing that remark it’s at least concerning.

I also believe that once that happens that Mr. Williams music is going to head down a different path that will be Mr.Williams providing LAW LESSONS within in music for thee old & the young to all learn from! It was both the defense and prosecution that accepted the witness. The witness per se doesn’t pose a problem; his testimony does due to the ex parte communication . The witness' testimony could be scraped from a certain point to another, but they could restart the game all over.

If im not mistaken Everything that happened after Weinsten motion is void/scratched...So will that disqualify woody as a key witness or does the questioning start over??? I got some research to do case laws can be confusing.😐
