As a jungler watching Zwag be absolutely ass in terms of fundamentals of jungling (Pathing, Clearing, etc.) but then end up playing the game better than I play half the time makes me feel this sort of weird mix of emotions lmao.

Briar seems like a really high ceiling character, and I look forward to seeing insane community plays. But, theres something about her that bugs me. I think it's her walking animation. Her feet slide when she steps, so even when her foot is planted, it's moving forward and it just makes her feel like... unfinished or unpolished. The character is great, and she's going to have some AMAZING skins, I'm sure. They just need to tighten up that walking animation

I feel like briar is a mid-game monster that falls off a cliff in late game team fights. Maybe she could work as a split pusher late game, and use her ult to join in team fights as necessary at objectives?

I think it's even unlucky that you're up against ezreal who has a free flash, fizz who can also easily slip away, teemo who can just q you and zyra who can just root + ult you. On a side note, though... Wouldn't the crit build also be viable? Since she also goes all-in like olaf does and I remember him having a full out crit build that works in some situations. And through navori it would be easier to get out of the frenzy since E is up more frequently. Or maybe start as lethality and if it falls late game (if it goes really late) switch to the crit build? Not sure how this would be in ranked, just brainstorming right now regarding her potential

Its like every champion they release now must have insane gap closing abilities. Riot has some personal issues against ADCs

On very slippery targets I could imagine a somewhat mixed build around slows. If you ult in the first attack could slow via Prowlers Claw. If they immediately jump you could follow with Q or if not hold it for later. Then after 3 attacks Blade of the ruined King would steal movement speed. And after all 3 sources of cc are used a Stridebreaker could slow them even longer while also granting you additional movement speed. You probably could even ad a Randuin's Omen to be quite a bit more annoying or Serylda's Grudge if it procs of her W. XD And if they try to cc you back you can throw in a Mercurial Scimitar or Silvermere Dawn.

So I've done a bit of testing with her and really liked lethal tempo, BORK-BT-navori-more crit items (best build by me), tank is also viable with grasp/conq, BORK-jak'sho/heartsteel-titanic, and if you want to go AP you should go nashors-riftmaker-dcap, still don't know the best runes for AP tho

She feels very similar to Kled, and as a Kled main that makes me happy :)))

While in frenzy if you target a minion or jungle creep with your Q. It will allow you to stop chasing. An alternative to using her E every time. Also, please don't call your team bad when you're playing a completely unbalanced champion. And you literally killed yourself multiple times.

Hey Zwag, u should try a crit build with Navori so u would have ur e more often to cancel ur w and the damage would be insane too

You should try Briar mid lane. Then coordinate with the jungler, for when the jungler ganks, you use your ult to whichever lane they went to. So it's always a 3 or 4 person attack. The side lanes wouldn't even know you were coming.

Guess when your tankiness is based entirely around life-steal, full front-load damage like Fizz is the true counter to her.

Really dont like how riot is slowly going from 1 dash on everyone, to now 2 dashes on everyone. and a gap close ult. Out of the last 6 releases, 4 of them have 2+ dashes without even having to ult. Like why does it have to be everyone who isnt adc and support does this?

I mean try going a on hit ap build like a Kayle not a burst build. Do nashors, rift maker, lich bane, etc. Lots of attack speed, ap, health, movement speed, and cdr.

Imagine 300 AD with 6k health using a W at 1k health and a crit then heal 40% of that. You would absolutely delete everyone.

Me personally I'd use her as a tank with aftershock rune and heal bleed. She already has strong resistances and a self taunt she's meant to disrupt and take agro. I also wish her Q was a skillshot to allow for my skill expression, she'd be a better character that way to go in with W, kite with Q or redirect to a side where the opponent can be shot into a wall

I think best for her will be MS AA HP build: Stridebreaker (MS, HP + time (using active slow) for stacking runes, passive and items) Wit's End (on-hit, AS, MS, MR) Black Cleaver (Armor pen + HP + MS + CDR) Blade of the Ruined King (Sustain + MS +AS + on-hit) Hullbreaker (MS + HP + Resists + Push) - (hier +150% base HP regen is useless) or any Hydra (HP or sustain + Push) Any boots needed + runes: Press the Attack/Lethal Tempo/Conqueror (depends on enemy team) Triumph Legend: Tenacity/Alacrity (depends on enemy team) Last Stand Nimbus Cloak/Waterwalking (depends on enemy team) Celerity

Three Briar builds i want to see you try. Bruiser : Frozen Mallet, Cleaver, Shojin. Get the sheen proc and slow off mallet, movespeed and armor shred off cleaver, and the damage and cdr boost off shojin. Throw in Deaths Dance or one of the tiamat items for regen and a warmogs for hp regen between fights. Use Conqueror for this one On hit : Guinsoos, BotRK, Phantom Dancer, Kraken Slayer. Build to maximize use of her attack speed steroids and shred everything. Use Lethal Tempo for this one. CDR : Quicklabes, essence reaver (dont need the mana but great for the rest), kraken, Phantom Dancer. This would be fun for the crazy ability resets. So much mobility

Day 291 of asking for full attack speed Ornn or Tank Pyke with Grasp, Heartsteel and Overgrowth (Titanic hydra doesn't work on pyke). I know Pyke doesn't actually get the extra hp, which is why I say that titanic hydra doesn't work. The point is to get the maximum AD, which according to the wiki, is to build tank/Bruiser. I label the build as Tank Pyke because it is tank items.

Go the “Ultimate Healing” build. Conqueror, Overheal, Triumph, Legend:Bloodline with Resolve secondary. Ravenous Hydra, Goredrinker, BORK, Bloodthirster, Shieldbow.

Briar: "All my teammates are useless" ; Also Briar: "Caitlyn doesn't need these minions after I sold boots and bought a 5th legendary item" -- That Brand was unbelievably bad but I notice Zwag makes some jungling decisions that I wouldn't make.

9:40 executed, don't forget your E gives 35% damage reduction it's possible you could've lived the tower shot if you started charging that--think of it like Bel'Veth E or Master Yi W or Warwick E in that regard.

I understand that everytime a new champ gets out, it seems very op because no one knows how to play against it but I feel like the champ would be impossible to pull outside a stiuational last pick. You pick any champion that builds Thornmail and basically Briar is fucked. And then there's the Rammus pick and now she basically wants to ff from life.

This is the dumbest champ as yet. Thank God I only ever play ARAM but these kind of changes makes me want to uninstall LoL so bad. Only thing stopping me are the awesome builds Zwag uses which I duplicate in ARAM games.

At 9:30, the reason why you were still Frenzied was because you pressed W AFTER Fizz died. Her R's Empowered Frenzy will stop once the target (or you) is killed OR if you cancel it with E.

You executed to Fizz’s turret because you pressed W after going in with R. The R empowered Blood Frenzy ends after a kill, but some you hit W the regular Blood Frenzy was still active.

I still haven't seen anyone try to use the "E" immediately after the "Q" so the stun helps you hit it, like is it so hard to try something so obvious? Or am i crazy? Apparently you don't have to always use your "W" and be instantly committed in every situation...

I don't feel the E is worthwhile for damage as AD. Pretty sure your AA would do more damage than a fully charged E. Keep it for displacements, DR tank moments, and resetting your W int.

Maybe try ap with healing and attackspeed? Nashor->riftmaker->sprit viasage. And then depending on enemy comp after that. Maybe throw in a bork. Leathal tempo for runes

Kinda sad how league had become one-shot or get one-shot. Like the only true "gameplay" is early game and some of mid game depending on team comps and who is ahead. But late game just sucks crucial abilities are off cd way too fast and every champ does way too much damage.

Day 14: Wanting to see High Speed Attack Jax with CD reduction and AP to super charge his Empower and play Whac a Mole with anyone stupid enough to get close

Idk if a champ that actually plays the game for you is the best choice of riot. I mean i kinda like the design with self CC on her R/W but it just doesnt seem punishable since shes so broken. This looks like a nightmare to the balancing team. Either shes gonna be useless or completely broken

Today i got oneshot in 0.89 seconds with only 1 level and 1 item of gap. Riot made an update 1 year ago to make fights longer by increasing champions armors and HP. They made oneshot possible again.

how about: trinity blade ravenous steraks and stoneplate, trinity would hit both in your w and the chomp and it seems like blade is a must also stoneplate would give you that "barrier" like a ww and amp the resistances that R gives you, i bet you hit like 250 armor and mr

try full crit briar-i tested lethality and full crit on a dummy with 90 armor 90 mr and full crit does a lot more damage-kraken,collector,infinity edge,bloodthirster,lord dominik and boots of ur choice
