I thought your fries looked great Dawn lol! Carry wet wipes and you'll be fine. Yes Will, that breakfast looked liked the one at Cracker Barrel where my hubby always remarks that you don't get a lot.
@yankeeinthesouth Please go back and get the killer creole omelet and the stuffed French toast. My husband and I have been to Brick and Spoon in Orange Beach, AL Tupelo, MS and Pigeon Forge. We love those dishes.

When I lived in New Orleans I discovered that you had to like hot sauce in everything! That's fine but my stomach sure didn't care for it.. alot of the restaurants in the French quarter put Tabasco in their eggs ect.... lol
Ate there last summer. Was like a hidden gem heading off the parkway. Had to wait 45 minutes to get in. Food was very good. Rather go to a small mom and pop place versus a big team love watching all your videos
I agree to the open seating of a restaurant it’s like your in a cafeteria. And what was with all the 📺 TVs. Added noise in the morning not needed. Great review on your food selection 👍
My wife and I ate there twice last week while we were in town and couldn't ask for be better experience. Food was great. Server was super nice. It is reasonably priced for wjat you get. We will definitely go again.
I tried this place once, was staying at nearby hotel and walked over. I ordered same dish as Will and was more hungry when I left than when I walked in, kiddie portions
I like a quieter place with booths especially for breakfast too. I like to start my first meal of the day a little more peacefully. Thanks for the honest reviews you always do.
Great video and review, the tacos just didn't seem to work with that shell. If you have never tried beignets they are awesome if you can find a good place that makes them.
This was hands down our favorite place we ate breakfast when we were in town last September. Went twice. Awesome server. I got the Killer Creole Omelet and then the Shrimp and Tasso Mac and Cheese. My wife got the crab cake Benny's and Caribbean Scrambler and the kids loved the breakfast tacos and shrimp and grits. This was 6 months ago and I still remember what we got, it was so good.
I appreciate your both being generous with your review. The noise and the look of the food has me packing up heading to the Old Mill or the Pancake House. I guess I'm just Southern to the bone. lol
We rarely eat out when we are in PF/GB.... Price and quality of what you get has always disappointed us there. So we hit the food city and make our own grub at the cabin.

EDIT: There you go … I should have watched the rest of your video before I sounded off about “Canadian bacon.” LOL 😂 I have to be honest with you. That bacon doesn’t look like any Canadian bacon that I know of and I’ve lived in Canada for the last 73 years. Oh I know that some people seem to call it Canadian bacon, but I’m not sure why. Our bacon is exactly the same as what you have down in the US, strips of bacon thrown in a frying pan or on the grill and fried. Now we do have a bacon that we refer to as peameal bacon. Now that stuff is to die for. Peameal bacon is a wet-cured pork loin from the back of the hog that has been trimmed of fat and rolled in cornmeal, creating a yellow crust. Generally when I order bacon and eggs that’s what I order. Not that I don’t like regular strips of bacon but this has a unique flavour that, like I said, is to die for. My mouth is just watering right now thinking about it!

I enjoy your videos for entertainment and your park hikes etc, but We definitely have different taste when it comes to food!! Iv been in food industry for 20 plus years and this place is great!!!

Your video of the food was great. Showed lots of detail, it was very clear and sharp. Good job. However, I would never eat there, The food is not my taste but glad we all don’t have the same taste.
The location we had in New Orleans went out of business. They have several other locations doing well and the one I see often in Orange Beach, AL seems to always be crowded.

The brick and spoon here where I live is definitely not a good value. It's very expensive and the service is absolutely terrible. Went one time, never been back.
The tacos looked good,anyway. I would have been disappointed in your breakfast,Will. Price wasn't too bad. I think I will probably pass on this place. Thanks for the video!

Love the look on Dawn’s face. Priceless. I personally love coated fries but it’s not for everyone. The taco looked tasty but very messy. Hate when food falls apart on me. I’m a mess anyways don’t need more help lol. Will ur meal looked nice and good. Thanks
I was looking forward to seeing Dawn's won ton breakfast tacos. They looked really good they didn't look like they had much filling in them. It doesn't look like it would be a very relaxing place to eat.

it looked like it would have been a big no for doing it again. the won ton breakfast tacos looked awful and your plate was very puny looking. we live here and have never been there. now i know we will never try it .
