Brickell Key, Brickell 10 miler 

9-2024 Jogged 10 miles around Brickell Ave, Brickell Key and Rickenbacker Causeway in Key Biscayne. I really like this route. It’s scenic. I brought my GoPro. I recorded most of Brickell Key but then the battery died midway. The harness is loose and causes crookedness in the beginning. I had to adjust it on mile 2 that’s why it’s a slower time. For the first time in a while my right hip felt ok. Hardly no discomfort. Also back to back 10 milers since over a month, at least. Breathing felt ok. I wasn’t pushing pace too much. I was focusing on recording and not having discomfort. Weather was “cooler” as it had rained but still humid.
