Another solid week instore, with parts being added again it meant new storage was much needed - so whilst we go behind the scenes in the LEGO Bricklink and Brick Owl store, it's all heading towards some more changes in the layout of the store!!!

Another great video. Just curious, do you have change the status of an order to completed and if so how long after they have received it do you wait?

@@sheldonnouchy2533 personally I never change the order status to complete - my thinking is that’s the buyers decision. Using Brickfreedom the status is changed to shipped when complete my end and I (unlike all too many sellers) leave feedback then - given the buyers paid and I’ve shipped so my experience of their interaction is finalised.

Where are the yellow sorting trays from?

They're called a Rockler 37081 Easy Sorter Funnel Tray - I got them via Amazon a while back now - they came in a pack of 4 only at that time, but they're not easy to find, as I remember!
