I never noticed the pointing until you pointed it out 😅. I have a question about youre way of selling on ebay. I think you sell youre sets through auctions instead of buy it now? What is youre experience with this way of doing it, does the sets still sell close to market value and do you still have a good profit margin on those sales? Great vlog as always btw! Cant wait to see the store expanding more :)

I loved the part you meantioned the job and it possibly becoming full-time. The fact you commented saying it was a bit deep and meaningful, I think that's why everybody loves the content. You are absolutely right to be a just a bit annoyed with everybody who thinks you should just part-out new sets and not buying parts separately to fill the store. 1) I think it should be called sell-out instead of part-out value, if you buy a set and sell 30% of the parts and the other ones are sitting years in your inventory than the 30% is the real value. 2) If you know some parts are just selling the moment you put it in your inventory a margin of 2x the cost price instead of 3x is great, every retailer does it, high capacity just wins over a smaller margin (1000x 0,20 is way better than 10x 0,50). 3) You keep attracting customers because you have these parts that everybody needs. Anyway, I am enjoying your vids as usual, thanks. I just might put in a order to the Netherlands just to show my appreciation. You should recognise my name, it's the same on Bricklink. And I just like to have your special tile as a souvenir......

I think you need to have a store set up like pops,ralphs and Keith's store..everything separate from other parts...room is the big problem .id be so stressed with your system if it was me.. but you are going great guns

That’s strange the last week or two I’ve had issues with how the time goes by time I’ve picked and posted. Like you say it’s 1-2pm without even blinking. What’s your inventory system just now that you want to streamline? What are the sheets with red ink for?

Ahhh it's great to see the store doing so well. Some huge orders coming in these days, I remember when you first started out lol. Brick Arena mentioned once how there is a slow down as the summer rolls in and people have more going on outside of their homes. Have you noticed any change in sales between seasons? Vlog number 40 already, what a journey! 894 subs as I'm leaving this comment, the channel is flying along. The shorts seem to be doing great too. 8:45 the majority of blueish grey pieces are for a Star Wars project displaying at Brickbuilt Sydney this year. The pearl gold pieces are for a collection of gold pieces that will be used in a separate moc. There’s essentially three different projects in total that the order is going towards. 🙂
