Mel. You can actually just get a device that boils eggs for you. With degree of softness and a tool for pricking a hole in the shell included. Last I checked those things don't even cost 10 bucks anymore.

A lot of MMA fighters keep from breaking their hands using something called a palm strike. Basically the problem with punching is that your fist has a bunch of tiny bones so instead you hit with the base of the palm (like where it connects to the wrist). The palm of course *can* break, but not nearly as easily and you have the full striking power still if you do it right

i have poor power but good technique (i have taken taekwondo as a kid (i quit though because i have a weak body, poor balance, etc but i learned the basics) so i know how to punch from the hip in a corkscrew motion

Best grilled cheese imo, make some kielbasa mac n cheese, LIGHTLY toast your bread, heat and then butter your pan, add an amount of gouda you feel is good to your lightly toasted bread, place one half bread down in the pan, add your kielbasa mac n cheese, and the add the other half cheese down. Cook and after about a minute or two flip, cook for the same amount of time. BOOM, some damned good grilled cheese.
