BRICS leaders have pledged to reform the international order, to create more development opportunities for poorer countries. The leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa have spoken on the second day of their summit in Johannesburg. Chinese President Xi Jinping was the most vocal on what he sees as an unfair global system dominated by the West. The Chinese leader took a veiled swipe at US-led alliances, calling on BRICS nations to reject exclusive blocs and oppose ideological rivalry.

No country is poor as they are richest in resources and did not exploite for want of technology being kept under wrap by developed countries and used to dominate others which has become unworkable with younger generations comming up with high tech education and research. Domination of under developed countries with resources and high technology and capturing the territories by huge investment and uneconomic projects is a economic attacks to dominate others like in past by Western countries advanced in technology. It is also noticed that well off countries undermine the backward and undr developed countes by inciting groups politics and crete chaos to hinder development with political links and incitements by violent uprising and killings to keep thm backward like China.
