Shame about the late start but at least you got parked and you got an awesome day too. Looked a great trail to follow and a very elegant bridge twirl too. Real pleased the State won in the battle with the developer and what a great 2 mile hike to the base of the falls, with the rock there looking so smooth, you could almost slide down them. I well remember the film the Last of the Mohicans but did not know it was filmed there but so spectacular. Brilliant that you could get behind the waterfall and a cave too - awesome but very wet lol. The view from the bridge is amazing 5:21 long walk 2miles to the base of waterfall so beautiful relaxing to watched nice walk on the rock, at the end you walk under the rock not a cave like i see in the movie! full view and like #307, hope you have a great day ahead much love.
