I love how the show's funny money works. £600 above a £5k budget is "way above" and $1k over a $1,500 budget is "just a little above". I suppose its all about the narrative.

I bet she loved it so much because it made her look extra slim from the front, particularly right below the bust. Surely, there were more mermaid dresses in similar material, maybe with that type of ruched look that would have done the same thing for less money. But, I bet she looked gorgeous during her ceremony in the gown she chose/was manipulated into.

I actually liked the second dress much more. The heavy bling down the front of the first dress reminded me of (sorry about this) hair running from the chest to the pupik (one guess…it’s Yiddish). I loved the spaghetti straps on the first one. The budget issue: David, that is so rude showing the bride a dress quite a bit over the top end of her budget.

IF they think they found the perfect dress that’s over budget, what they should do if anything is go to the bride and say “we think we’ve found a dress but it’s $$$ over your budget. Would you like to see it or us keep looking?” At least that way the bride can determine if she is comfortable going over budget. It’s unfair showing them a dress they fall in love with but may not be able to afford.

First rule if you want to come David's salon. If your budget is 5000, you need to tell David that your budget is 2000. Always mark down your budget because David will always put you in a dress that is more expensive than your price range.

If they showed her dresses that are in her budget and she wasn’t satisfied than , you go over budget but you always want to start with dresses that are in budget because she don’t wanna show her dresses that are over budget that she would like and fall in love with if she would’ve been satisfied with an under budget dress that’s what she came for.
