In my opinion, the wedding day is usually all about the bride, not the groom. It's usually her happy day not his. I think it's absolutely sweet for her to do something for him and make him feel special on their wedding day and that it's not just all about the bride. Being sung to is one of the best feelings in the world, especially on your wedding day. Heck, it even brought tears to his eyes, he loved it!

The priest's sense of humor tho. "That my friend, Ryan, is called making an entrance." LOL. I laughed a lot.

I came here to comment how lovely this was. It's really sad that so many people are being so negative about it. How is her singing this song any different than someone else singing for the bride to walk down the aisle? If anything this is FAR more meaningful because she sang it for him and wanted to do something special for her wedding, for both of them. It's also said that everyone assumes because he cried or whatever that he's gay. Ignorance. But haters gonna hate I guess. I definitely have to admit, I completely choked when I seen this. WOW! Took my breath away. Literally.. Reminds me of how I felt about my ex. Thought was the most perfect thing in the world. Being completely head of heels and never having the slightest inclination than that would ever change. With so much trying to tear us apart we broke through.. through thick and thin... Ended up thinking things were great. Sure life starts to get hard and those "butterflies" which are always in the beginning eventually start to fade (They were always with me) but all it takes is for communication to help gain those back. it's like a new car, you are all excited in the beginning and so proud of it, wanting to show it off to everyone you know... This happens with every new relationship. Eventually your new car will end up being so "normal" to you, that you are just used to it and it seems like nothing new.. But add a new addition to it and you're back to being excited.. Add a new car cover, or polishing it up.. Or heck just stepping back and seeing just what you have and feeling so lucky for what you have. Perhaps everyone's is dirty and falling apart but because you take care of yours, it's working great! Relationships are similar. There is bound for things "to change" and begining to seem so regular that you need change to bring the spice back. Some people tend to end up cheating in order to see what's out there because they lose interest but may realize in the end that all that was needed was to communicate their feelings to help bring back new. No relationship will remain the same forever. It takes DEDICATION, COMMUNICATION, TIME, and COMMITMENT to ensure it lasts. There are always things that will happen but it's up to you to "fight" (not literally) yourself to not give up and know with communication, that you can make things right. Unfortunately that didn't happen with my ex. Amazing how things change without you ever suspecting anything. You and your husband remind me so much of my life companion and the words hit close to home. It seems you two are VERY much in love and I wish you all the very best. If anything in the future starts to turn into what I described above, remember what I said.. There is a REASON why you two are so close and be sure to have GREAT COMMUNICATION.. Talk about your feelings.. The more open you are with each other, the better relationship you will end up having. I wish you two the absolutely VERY BEST for your future :-)

To all who hate, you make yourself look tiny and petty. The wedding day is supposed to be about the bride and the groom. This was possibly most beautiful gift this young lady could have given her future husband. Not all weddings are the same. Her dad may not have been alive to walk her down the aisle, and therefore she chose to walk alone. She could have been a number of religions.... Where the male figure does not walk a bride down the aisle. She could have very well been pagan or even agnostic. And because of this, this young lady showed at least 550 people what love should be, how it should be, and how to express it, with no reservations, no regrets, and to set a life on the way to being a life together full of happiness and love. I feel so sad for the haters. Ariana, you gave both your husband and the world a huge gift. May you have many blessings on your road of life
