When you are spending $4000 on perhaps the most important dress of your life I don't know why trying on 8-10 dresses is considered a lot.

That last dress looked amazing on her!

Bride 1: They mostly showed the same dress over and over and wondered why she didn’t like it. Every one of them was an iteration of a sweetheart neckline. Why not try a completely different top if only to give her ‘fresh eyes.’ I think she’d have been happy with wedding fatigues.

I understand she doesnt want to show them sokething she doesnt like but i think she needs to look at the silhouettes before details. Narrow down how she wants her body to look before details and fabrics

I would have been PISSED if the bride were trying on gowns for an hour and a half and didn't come out! Plus, the last gown was stunning on her and she didn't buy it.

Why are we only seeing 2012 2014 old episodes? Where are recent ones?

I know this clip is old, but it kept bugging me that they only spoke of dresses for the first bride. Bridal jumpsuits were invented for a reason, and it would have harmonized more with how the bride described herself. I'm the kind of person who LOVES to wear dresses... but not everyone is like that. My "middle sister" (who's actually my cousin, but we lived in the same house for 6,5 years of our childhood, so I think of her and her older sister as my older sisters) wore a beautiful jumpsuit for her wedding. My little sister (yes, actual sister) has mentioned that she would like to try on both dresses and jumpsuits if she were to get married: she likes dresses, but oftentimes finds herself more comfortable in pants. None of our preferences are right or wrong; they're just our personal preferences. My favourite part of the show is when a woman looks in the mirror and actually feels as beautiful as she looks. We won't get as much of that if we pretend that everyone likes dresses as much as I do...

I come from a big family and am the youngest. There were 4 people at my wedding. My mom and one of my brothers. I have tons of nieces and nephews. I babysat most of them growing up. Went to almost all their weddings. Never got asked to be in one....and none of them came to mine. It was a sad day...with a current of happiness underneath. Why does it seem that one person gets shut out? My wedding , the birth of my only son.I have to say all my dreams got lost 😦.

The army bride who didn't like anything, had said she wasn't used to wearing dresses. That's why she couldn't settle on anything. She just hasn't gotten used to being comfortable in them. That's what the consultants and her entourage need to deal with first. Once she's comfortable, then she can pick out a silhouette and all the details.

Every dress was strapless. Some body types (broad shoulders) cry out for straps or tip of the shoulder.

The bride is right: why come out and waste time in something you know you don't want. The entourage is acting like they are there just to be entertained.

How does all of this work? Do these women pay the store a fee to have that appointment? Or is it free to all? Just seems like a lot of time and effort spent for nothing.
