She deserved to be ejected of the wedding. People are so nice and comprehensive to each other, I don’t understand. I picked my friends well and I know they wouldn’t ever do that to me ! How can we get attached to this kind of person when there is a bunch of other beautiful souls?

I hate wearing dresses. I absolutely HATE it. I usually won't wear them to weddings, but my best friend is getting married next year. I promised them that I would wear a bridesmaids dress and we went shopping a few weeks ago and they chose the dresses-we all probably know the process- the one they chose wasn't one I necessarily liked. But guess what? It's their wedding, not mine. They're my best friend, I think of them as family. If I can suck it up and wear a dress I don't like and feel pretty uncomfortable in, you can too. It shouldn't matter if you like it it's not your wedding. Sorry that was a lot lol..

I agree with that as long as the bride pays for the dress or it’s under a certain amount. I don’t think I would be willing to pay a few hundred dollars for a dress I hate

What I was thinking! Shes not trust worthy or very dependable and too whiny! She's a low key hater too! She doesn't show honor so no "maid of honor" title. If her guy friend has shown more support and honor he deserves it! That kiddy attitude would have made me tell her to put her clothes back on, leave and don't worry about it! I wouldn't have asked her if she wanted to be in to because he attitude is wrong! See she will wear the dress but complain the whole time, walk around the wedding with a turned up face messing up my bridal pictures etc. Ohhh hell no! Not on my day! Personally, I believe Aubrey handled that wonderfully. He didn’t say like YOU SUCK or FUCK YOU but he came at her a bit when she deserved it which was good.

Yeah, I agree. We all have that one bitch friend, and the reason we keep them around is because they tell us straight how it is, but when it comes to a wedding, you wear what she puts on you, and she's not paying for this dress, the bride is. I paid for my dress and even helped my friend pay for some of her decorations, and I let her pick out the dress I bought. Who cares, it's the bride's day, not yours...don't be an ass because your mad someone is in the place you think you should be. That's probably the reason your aren't. I'm glad they worked it out though, just hope she doesn't sour her wedding with a shitty attitude the whole time. That would ruin my friendship more than anything, I can forget the dress issues...

At my dad's wedding my step mom had a hideous dark purple halter dress for me and 2 other bridesmaids while her maid of honor got a gorgeous strapless sky blue sweetheart neckline dress and I had to suck it up for my dad even though the dress i had was so ugly
To any youngsters watching this: If you have a friend like this, leave them. They won't change. This is a prime example of a toxic person. She tried to manipulate her friend into getting her way. If Amber was willing to loose her so called "best friend" over a dress??? No. That's not okay. If I was in that situation I would instantly tell her to turn around, go back into the dressing room, change, and go home. Never let someone as disgusting as her control your life.

I'm going to be a bridesmaid in October. My best friend and his fiance are getting married and I love them both - she's told us we can choose whatever style we want as long as it's long and dark green. I don't particularly like long dresses (I'm petite and prefer tea length dresses) but I'm happy to wear whatever length of dress she wants because it's her wedding

Bless you. My 3 bridesmaids rejected all my choices with my mother's support. I was determined to stay in the budget for them. So we got a pleasant long pale lilac dress that flattered them all. A tornado hit the night before my wedding nearby. My groom and his groomsmen were police officers who spent rehearsal night before the wedding at the scene of the disaster. All afternoon at my wedding and during photos the bridesmaids complained to me the Bride that they were too cold, or too windy, or some other whine. I wanted to shoot them all. Like I can control tornadoes.
@@joywebster2678 I am so so so sorry that was your experience! Everyone was so blessed to not have been injured the previous evening (when the tornado hit). Your groom and his groomsmen must have been exhausted! I hope there were major ups to offset those ridiculous downs! Our officiant forget their notes (everything actually) and called us by the wrong name. Hahaha! Suppose it makes for a good story now but I was less than impressed at the time.

When I was the maid of honor, the bride wanted us to wear a cut up camo top, old cut off denim shorts or a denim skirt, and black flip flops. 🤨 So we did.
Too right, it’s her day! I do think if I had a bridesmaid of a certain size I would consult her to make sure she will be comfortable to enjoy herself for the reception after, to like dance and not feel self conscious! But other than that, what the bride wants she gets!

My friend had put us all in a high neck, floor length, dark brown dress. I look like a fudge sickle but I said “you love it let’s do it!” Girl calm down it’s one day chill.
When I was maid of honor at my friends wedding I told her I’d wear a clown costume if she wanted me to, I gave her complete control. & did the same thing when I was in my sisters wedding. It’s only one day, & it’s about the bride & groom, not about you.
