I prefer tape when tying a bridge deck, it gives me more handling and the pliers won’t slip off. When it comes to lifting and tying black rebar at the same time I use gloves. I find the rust gives the gloves a little more grip and my pliers won’t slip off my hands.
@@litorres4125 the seams of the leather will Fuckin eat your hands raw…picture a blister or blisters on each finger and your thumbs. I asked the foreman “ Bossman! What do I do about blisters?” His reply? “Just keep tyin kid … they’ll break!”. Then he told me what I told you… and I kept tyin… I wish I was making it up!
