The first ever scheduled daytime closure of all lanes on the M25 since it opened in 1986! 🚧
We are pleased to share a few clips from behind the scenes, as our Tru Demolition team makes excellent progress on the first shift on another bridge removal.
An incredible project to be a part of, working closely with Balfour Beatty.

This was the best managed change project in years. Expectations clearly set, timescales met and exceeded. Hats off to whoever was in charge of this piece of work. Why is this the exception, not the norm? This is how every piece of public infrastructure change should be managed. Great job to everyone involved.

@thebrowns5337
@thebrowns5337 6 месяцев назад
you do realise electric pumps can easily power the hydraulics on these machines? A small item in a vehicle with huge space for batteries - driving long distances would kill the idea off but these rigs are trucked to site and look - they dont move far. The only change you'd see with EV rigs on this specific job would be less total noise (although still loads of hammering) and less fumes for the workers to breathe.

Better huge schedula than small, but no masterpiece with such huge and lot of machinery at one small bridge... In my opinion would have been easier to cut in 2 big pieces , luftet bye a huge crawler on side where one or 2 demolishen excavators could demolish it.less dust, less closed road, less guys with hands in pockets
