Bridge over the River Kwai Thailand  

I paid a visit to the iconic Bridge over the River Kwai (actually spelled Kwae in Thailand, and the ending is pronounced like "air"). This was high on my list of places to visit in Thailand and I was not disappointed. But be prepared for a lot of tourists.
