I have a few questions about this project. 1) How do you ensure that the drugs given out are safe and appropriate? What safeguards have you taken? 2) Doctors have to answer to a board of ethics or a disciplinary committee. Who do the village medics answer to? How do you ensure that they don't repeat mistakes and misdiagnoses? 3) How do you ensure that the medics are reporting symptoms correctly? E.g. is the medic able to spot tonsil inflammation correctly?
