A fishing competition on the East coast, from the Humber estuary - and North to Bridlington and perhaps beyond.
I talked to a sea angler who had travelled from the West coast of England- from Fleetwood.

On this cold and blustery Sunday at Bridlington tourists were already arriving and while there was no sign of the stalwart old pleasure cruiser - Yorkshire Belle - the Pirate Ship was taking rides along with Bridlington’s high powered and fast speedboat.
Bridlington awaits the return of the Yorkshire Bell, which seems to be arriving any day now.
