Amazing scenery, presume you must have arrived home safely 🙀, sometimes the best days in the hills you arrive home completely spent, but satisfied. Great job

That's very true. Spent, then within a few days you're up and at 'em again.

Brilliant , love yer chat 😃 The layers in these views are stunning I was going to ask you if you used public transport but you have answered that already. Putting your pass to good use 👍 Whit a day 🤪

Good idea yielding way to that many sheep. "Holly molly"......well said. I had no ideas that views like this existed there.

Wow Eddy, that was so beautiful. The music gave me goosebumps. Such beautiful scenery and you always have a fun sense of humour. It looked like quite a challenging hike and even better that you had all that beauty to yourself. Loved the rock you stood beside when the music changed. I'd always wondered how you cram all this in one day and use public transport. You must walk fast! Loved the disappearing man too. I think you should give us all a tune on your whistle next time ;)

You're right with the goosebumps. Almost reduced me to tears a few times when editing. Cracking album.

Absolutely. In my case I've just got to be sure I'm heading for the right countryside and not becoming hopelessly lost.

Wonderful video, a close pal of mine has recently retired from the ordnance survey , he was in the Glasgow office. I am aware that they use aerial photography in remote areas to put new features on the digital on line maps. Cheers now

Hiya Eddy. what can I say..Your a hardy devil..I wish I could do it..Just goes to show though how easy you can get lost in those hills..Loved the video with your usual sense of humour.haha..Yes there's no way Rob Roy could have squeezed that one out..haha..Keep them comin my friend

I'm getting less hardy as the years go by. Had to deploy my compass to figure out which hill I was going up. Not the first time a compass has saved the day.

Well done Edward, another nice video, we really enjoyed it. You were so lucky to get such nice weather, especially up the hills. (BTW a hill becomes a mountain at 1000ft). Keep going Edward, you're taking us to heights we'd never tackle these days, we're too old to even think about going up the hills. We always stay at low level which is very nice but love watching your adventures which remind us what it was like when we were younger. Ian and Angie.

Can't remember exactly; probably around 8pm. The prospect of another bus trip was too much for me so I splashed out on a train at Stirling, which was far quicker than the bus.

I really enjoyed this video Eddie cheers! How come you don't take a car with you so you don't have to worry about bus times etc?
@EdExploresScotland
@EdExploresScotland 5 лет назад
Many thanks John. I suspect that even if I had a car it would be nigh impossible to manage the process of somehow getting back to it at the end of a walk. For example, there's no bus service in Brig o' Turk.

Hello! Is it the Ben Vane in the Arrochar Alps you were aiming for? Hell of a walk from Brig O' Turk!
@EdExploresScotland
@EdExploresScotland 2 года назад
No, it's a different Ben Vane. The one in question is a little north of Ben Ledi, near Callander, and for some reason in this case Benvane is all one word.

@@EdExploresScotland Ah! Should've googled 😂 I'll add that one to my to-do list at some point. Wouldn't have been in a hurry to do the munro Ben Vane again, it near broke me a few years ago. Blawin a hoolie at the top as well that day
