What a fabulous idea to have a Dutch blowout as a base, and dots of color instead of lines for the Dutch pour design! I love how this turned out with so much beautiful movement and energy. Beautifully done, Olga!! 💖
I can't get over how much of a difference you made in just a few strokes of the paintbrush. It's an amazing painting that might even look nice in a kitchen. You and your family remain in my thoughts.
Definite yay to different colors for the base. I am really new at this and I appreciate everything All of you experienced artists do but one of the first things I did that was different was to use different base colors. Sometimes I leave it as a negative space and sometimes I don’t.
I really enjoy seeing how she “fixes” her paintings after they’ve dried. I love that she just leaves it be instead of scraping it and doing the whole thing over and although these are not my colors at all I think it turned out great. The finished product is pretty spectacular
This came together is such a beautiful way and gray is an underrated color, I agree. Thank you and have an amazing weekend. The yellow base pops with the black.
The color combo is so great! So different, and I love it! So good to show how branching out from a white or black base can be stunning! And your hair looks great… you change your hair a lot and they all have looked great on you! 👍🏼😃
I used to get upset when one little area seemed to "mess up" the whole painting. I have found, like you, that you can easily wait until the paint dries and fix it using a brush and painting in details and even your own "cells" with a brush. I love this yellow background!
Its beautiful Olga. I love you showed the touch up to improve the composition. I know you really took your time to consider were to make changes to the piece.
14:19 I have never seen a yellow base coat before. When you started to work on the yellow its was a bright, cheerful look. I am glad you showed us adding and adjusting colors can be done once the piece is dry. You made the artwork into a magnificent piece of art! Thank you for sharing your great talents with all of us.
I love the background vibrant colours! I've often thought that you didn't like yellow much because you don't seem to use it often or in large quantities in your paintings. This painting has definitely satisfied my need for yellow warmth. I regularly think; "what an odd colour combination" or "I wouldn't add thAt colour"... But every single time, when I see the finished product, I think: Wauw Olga! It looks amazing! Thanks for keeping them coming! It's so nice to have colour on the cold/wet/windy winter days!
Stunning base colours!! And the composition and flow/movement.. it’s just stunning! It’s always a pleasure to see you in action, creating such wonderful pieces. 💛💛💛
Was into acrylic pouring quite a bit a few years ago. Watching you, I realize I need to pick it back up. Thanks for the inspiration. Beautiul yellow multicolor pour.
The painting is very beautiful I really love this art and I really wish to buy the necessary tools for drawing thank you for the paintings that show us 💜
Fabulously CHEERFUL Painting! The Backdrop with Diferent Levels of Yellow then using other Dark Colours as Contrast just Lit Up the whole Painting with Floral Patterns! Your Touching Up with Painting Brush to put more Details in some parts tht needed just A little tweeking did Absolutely Well to the Painting! I Loved it!
WOW! I would have never tried this color combo. You are the best at not being shy to try. Really like it. Reminds me of the colors of a Monarch butterfly. ❤
I rented a house years ago and the kitchen was exactly the same shade of yellow. I can honestly say it's the warmest, happiest kitchen I've ever had and when the early morning sunshine streamed in it was magical. This gorgeous warm colour is underrated 🙏 love it love it ❤❤
Adored the base, it’s like a picture all on its own. Personally I loved the grey area it reminded me of the flesh in shellfish. Would be interesting to see how grey blues on a yellow base like this might look. Almost a reflection of water on sand.
Well you've done it again! I am just in love with this painting! Oh if I were a rich woman... It's gorgeous The colors just really inspire me and it's thrilling to see them all work together like they are I didn't think I would like the gray but it's perfect! You are a wonderful artist!
I think I see the humming bird, but several parts could be more of them instead of just one. The background is amazing. I have to say that off the topic, your hair style and color are gorgeous. It works great with your painting. 😉 Have a wonderful weekend.
Wow! I had my doubts at first... then atfer the finger swipes I could see it come together a bit more, and the touch-ups finished it off perfectly! I really like and I am not a yellow person.
Absolutely beautiful! I LOVE the yellow base. (I was so impressed with the base that I would have quit there.) Yellow and orange are so cheery; two of my favorite colors. Congrats on another true beauty.
