Thank you for the tips and footage! I will be going tomorrow for the first time with a walker in their Smart Class. This was very helpful. I subscribed!
@@Travelingwithachair I can catch an early morning same day train and take the free brightline shuttle from the Miami station, directly to the cruise port
Wow Ken, what a GREAT Video!!!!! I’m really glad you were allowed a tour. It looks and sounds amazing. Is there a start up date? Just also wondering about the people who can’t afford premium on where will it be and how it works and looks. Though I’m sure I’d prefer premium 🤣🤣🤣. Thanks!!! Can’t wait to use if I ever get back to Florida 😅
I did call. I rode it solo and healthy and found the walk from the Uber drop off point LONG so when considering traveling for a few days to Ft Laud for medical reasons with my wife who is wheelchair confined, I called and found out that there is no porter service and no way to effectively maneuver someone in a wheelchair and baggage from the drop off point to the station. No way to check bags until you get to the station and no assistance to help get someone traveling with a wheel chair and luggage to the train. It’s very sad and unfortunately means we’ll be driving to Weston. Almost as fast but more of a strain in Stupid South Florida traffic.
