We need this because airlines have stupid as hell and unpredictable prices for short haul domestic routes. This is good, we need more trains like seen in Europe and Asia.
It isntreally high speed rail though. When the tracks are upgraded everything from 200 km/h is considered HSR but if the tracks are newly built like from Orlando they would need to allow 250 km/h for the HSR title. The way its now it would only be faster rail unfortunately
