If you just run two cars this is fine, it will go forwards backwards and run well. You pay the extra for the middle three coaches and it struggles. Going forward it is okay, not brilliant as at lower speeds it struggles, but going in the opposite direction to the driving car it just does not move on bends and there are radius 3 and 4. ....In my view the problem is :
1) The drive is just the front wheels of the drive carriage rather than front and back carriages.
2) It really needs either this, or a powered car at each end simply because the Pullman cars are too heavy for the current set up.
3) Or the loco is just faulty.
Since the making of this video I sent the whole lot back to Hornby and they have fixed it, here is a video of the loco being pushed by the driving car, at no point in the video is the driving car pulling,
