എന്റെ ബ്രദർ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് കുന്നംകുളത്തു നിന്നാണ്. വീട്ടിൽ കക്ഷിയൊന്നും നോക്കിയല്ല വിവാഹം നടത്തിയത്. നാത്തൂൻ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം കിച്ചൻ ഭരണം ഏറ്റെടുത്തു. ഇളയ സഹോദരിയായ എനിക്കോ അമ്മയ്‌ക്കൊ അടുക്കളയിൽ കേറാൻ പോലും പേടിയായി. ക്രമേണ അപ്പച്ചന്റെ കടയിൽ പോയിത്തുടങ്ങി.. അങ്ങനെ അപ്പച്ചനെയും കാ ലക്രമേണ കടയിൽ നിന്നും ഔട്ട്‌ ആക്കി. കിടപ്പിലായ അപ്പച്ചന്റെ അവസാന നാളുകളിൽ അപ്പന്റെ സകല സ്വത്തുക്കളും രെജിസ്ട്രാറേ വീട്ടിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു മകളായ എന്നോട് ഒരു വാക്കുപോലും ചോദിക്കാതെ വിൽ എഴുതി വാങ്ങി.അമ്മയെ മറ്റു ചില കാരണ ങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
