My deceased Mexican mother would have loved this. She always told me she believed that most of the trash people throw away could be made into something useful. You can bet if she had seen this I would of had to build her one.❤️
Jasnačka, perfektné brikety. No celé je to strašne neefektívne.
Right. It is only make sense if you have free saw dust. I got from cousin about 40 bags of 50-L each. 2018 I made 1870 pcs briquettes,2019 -1600 pcs. That is not enough. But it is free fuel. Time consuming. But it is not as hard as wood splitting, oak especially. One truck of oak 2 of us were splitting and stacking ~1 week. Those briquettes also week or so but you can do those briquettes a whole day long even on hot summer day while wood splitting you can do a 3-4 hours and you are fully exhausted after that.
Im think make this same. I have a free cardboard ans saw dust eaven from farmers i can take free hay 😁 For first try like a trial im make hand prezes but for more is better to bay hydraulik log splitter and converd little bit to make that briquiete faster 😁😁 For my opinion eaven when im have free everything to make briquiete Spending time to make free fuel for winter is worth. P. S sorry my english 😁
2:32 I tried to load biomass with a cup. It was very slow and not productive. Right after I changed a cup to a bucket my efficiency increased in about 1.5 times. From 160 briquettes per day to a 240 pcs.
Well, and how much pcs you need to heat your home for one winter? Are those 160 up to 240 pcs daily enougt for it? How many days you would make it? During all summer...I assumpt :))
@@brunotraven2543 UR right, it is impossible to make enough briquettes for heating a typical house 100-150 m2 during whole winter time. Even if U could produce 300-320 pcs which I'm able to do now after all possible optimizations. I guess this is a max possible performance 4 now. The only possible way to get а full cover in a fuel needs is to build a much bigger form for press or a press with more than 4 press forms. I did the math and it turned out that I must make 257 process iterations to produce 1 m3 of briquettes (1029 pcs). That is time consuming process. But if the press could be made from wider tubes or I'll increase tubes from current 4 pcs to 6 or even 8 pcs that will make sense and 1 m3 will take 'only' 106-123 iterations. Here is my thoughts in excel: i.ibb.co/wgPsgyP/55829-clip-60kb.png The only man on RU-vid who is making enough briquettes for whole winter is Mladen 365. He says he making 11 000 pcs but 1 his dried big briquette has weight 1.32 kg! But he lives in a more warm country Croatia.
A zas to zaplatíme mi všichni. Nic ve zlém jinak udělátko šikovné ať se vám daří a přeji mnoho zdraví a tvůrčích nápadů.
Koukal jsem a nic moc.. Hrozně moc ruční práce , video cca 10 minut a vyrobeny dvě brikety?. A ještě to rukama listovat...
