I cannot stress how many times I have said to GMs, IMs, FMs and CMs about the dangers of the alien gambit. Playing against the alien gambit is basically like walking into a deep forest without knowing there are bears. You’re basically getting yourself in a whole lot of trouble. So be careful everyone. There is no stopping the alien gambit
didnt even know this guy was a master. Also, why isnt this theory? It's literally better than lines in the King's gambit that also sacrifice a bunch of material. If this was a thing a hundred years ago people would absolutely love it
I played a tournament today, it was at a school with other middle schoolers from around the city (6th-8th year) and i was the #1 player in my schools team.. I did well until the finals, where I was completely winning in an endgame (up 4 pawns and time advantage, very simple position) but i blundered simple mate in one due to low time and ruined it all for my team. We got 4th instead of 3rd and got no trophy or medals. It ruined my fun and mood today but your videos make it a bit better 🙂
Aww! "Harry in Winter," by Patrick Doyle. The background music from when Harry Potter asked Cho Chang out to the Yule Ball in the Goblet of Fire! *So Romantic!*
When my opponent attacking me with the alien gambit i would resign immediatly. When the alien gambit makes it into the book, i will open my finest bottle. Alien gambit for life👽👽
