Years ago, I thought, how come such a gifted singer , undoubtedly world class with an impossible range and strength, was busking and not a soloist on a world stage. Then I thought, “ he’s doing it, what did Sinatra sing. “ my way.” .I along with millions can enjoy his talent at the ease and convenience of any device at hand. Again, this retired LGBT episcopal bishop, spends time with Stephen, sitting in my wing chairs beside the hearth, sipping afternoon sherry. In COVID, it calms my soul, for to me, Stephen ‘s soul was made for higher beings than mere mortals. Well, the fact that he touches the vestiges of a septuagenarian libido, fills my heart with gratitude, for nothing else can still. :) .
