None of these girls are juliard ready at all even now!. Crystianna is now an APAC STUDENT and overall the girls are doing well, wish they would move away from line dancing like faith who is now in performing arts school.

Michie Oo Because they don’t train to go to Juliard & you only said this because someone else brought it up seasons ago. There’s nothing wrong with dancing for an HBCU or a PWI especially now with schools with dance programs like Ole Miss, Southern, ASU, Florida State, etc. They produced great & successful dancers. It’s ironic you say this when you’ve argued people down about Kayla not being trained enough but now she’s living out her dreams at an HBCU surely you’re happy for her.

Taki Bella Listen to me carefully rat bat!!! None of these girls are juliard ready or were ever ready. If you could read with understanding rattatoole, when I say all Girls, that's including The best Captain name KAYLA!! Dancelines don't bring any success really, based on what I've seen. The few girls from southern, we're only featured in formation video and that's it! Where are they now???? Rest assured 6 feet under, thank you in advance

Juilliard would be a great opportunity if that’s what they want! Camryn, Faith and Daija and even Crystianna and others with a little “coaching “ could get in to whatever school or program they want. Some just need to point their toes consistently, etc. Never count people out. They can improve, change and grow. Choosing an HBCU will not hinder them. In the end they will come out with degrees that can help them. Nothing is wrong with choosing to dance in college. For some academics may be more important than dance. They are living their best lives. It’s great to see them make choices. They aren’t just sitting around doing nothing. Lift them up. No matter what anyone says, Camryn was an amazing captain and so was Kayla. There is no need to compare them and no need to put any of them down. I am wishing them the best!

Dr. Porchanee’ A. White I agree I wish we would lift each other up as opposed to us finding the negative. Are they not aware that someone counted Misty Copeland out to, and look at where she is now. Observers love to find fault with Mrs, D, DDP, and the girls, bit because of Mrs. D these girls have/are experiencing things that adults can only dream of. The parents ensure they participate in activities other than dance, and the majority of these girls are on the honor roll, in addition to being in the National Honor Society. Many of them earned full and partial scholarship in dance and academics.
