Brenda Davis To a certain degree everyone is sorry that they got caught. When you are doing the action you aren't thinking about the victim's feelings, but when they express that to you, you realize how wrong it was and feel remorse.
That's not necessarily a bad thing. They didn't steal. They didn't physically hurt anyone. They didn't commit a crime. They are teenage girls who did not communicate and handle their feelings in a mature and appropriate way. And after the person who they look up to, love, and respect sat down with them, told them how much they hurt her and their teammate, and how disappointed she was in them for using such language, they realized what they did was wrong. I believe they are good girls who are sorry because they do care about how they make others feel. They are sorry they caused hurt and they are also sorry that they got caught because they realize they embarrassed themselves on national tv. That might humble them from making the same mistake again and that's what matters when you're being disciplined, learning the lesson. When I was growing up, I always got a beating. And yea I didn't make the same mistake again because I didn't wanna get hit. But I wish my family talked to me instead of losing their temper. Black people need to do that more often. Don't be afraid to cry and use your words. She went to them directly to tell them how she feels and maybe n ext time they will know if you have a problem, do it in person.

Punishment is not too harsh. This is how the real world is. They are lucky they didn't get kicked off the team. I understand that at that age you make mistakes, but it's the consequences that stop you from repeating those mistakes again. I really hope they learn from this

I think Princess having a chance as captain is perfectly reasonable. She was a captain before. She has shown her capabilities as well. If a manager gets a new job, they should have the chance to rank up to being a manager because they have prior experience. Give her a chance. You never know. Bless your heart Princess. princess since she has been there has been inconsistent she is always struggling in practices, she chokes and she needs to be trained more as a dancing doll a contract is a contract and according to the other moms you have to be on the team for a certain amount of time to be able to go out for Capitan. Therefore it is unfair for the other girls who have been there for seasons and still don't have the ability to try out for captain. Rules should apply to everyone and Princess should follow the rules like the other girls had too.
Just bc she was captain for another team doesn’t make it okay. There’s a line for head captain. Period. Dianna giving anyone other than Crystianna the captains position is a slap in the face. How can Crystianna, Makalah, Kenjanae, makya, etc. ALL hold some sort of captains position all these years and princess walks in, technically as a crab, as have a shot at the head captain position. 🤔 since Makalah is graduating a year earlier, that spot is Crystianna’s, at least it should be.

Yes. The show operates in segments. So in the beginning her hair was straight. They break, she goes into the dressing room and gets her hair done. Then they come back to finish the scene. They should have filmed it in one shot, but they didn't.

I want to say this to Princess. You may feel like you don't have anyone and that's okay. You have to understand that God places you somewhere around certain people for a reason. You were in a place before where you were great and people around you that probably didn't do you as bad as this but when you left and came to your current team it was by divine design. God used your wonderful mother to move you because there is something so great for you that he needs you to stand out! Sometimes you may feel as though no one likes you but you have to use these situations to allow God to propel you into the greatness that he has just for YOU. Think about this.....sometimes you have to be in a stinky situation in order grow. Take a flower for example you plant it and water it but it isn't until you put that mulch on it that you get the best and most beautiful flower possible. You've been planted at the Dollhouse by your mother, Coach Dianna is watering you, the mulch has been thrown, so bloom where you are! The other young ladies are not bad people by any means. Lana Swindle absolutely beautiful and on point. Thank you for speaking positivity to the group as a whole. This is a learning experience for them all. Many people don't understand the level to which these girls have ascended by the show being on television. Everyone has to up thier game because this is not just a neighborhood group anymore, this is full on entertainment and they have to play by different rules if they want to succeed or continue.

I think Coach D only called the older girls over because they are leaders, but they were not involved in the texting and didn't know about it. Her saying something to them after the fact might have been a slap in the face to follow a punch. I'm sure she probably counseled them afterwards, off-camera.

I'm glad she addressed this with the girls a team becomes family and that's how they should behave around each other all the time, not only on the dance floor but all the time, and i like that the moms stood out of the conversation she was having with the girl's. If the mom's on DANCE MOM'S would have done the same as mom's did here , the girl's on dance moms would have more respect for ABBY and not be as selfish as the are now.
You know good and well abby was craazy. lol but It was times where abby was trying to be the bigger person and the moms were just super overbearing and stepping out of their place. not to mention the moms were always arguing and storming out. Especially the latest season. it got real. And abby would play favorites, its a little more complicated with over there cause they have a smaller team.

It's Just Shay Right I agree and also can see both sides. What the girls did was not right and hurtful and the coach was correct to address it. But Dianna did set up A captains ranking and new girl crab ranking. Many of the girls are veterans and have a longtime bond. Since when does a new crab doll lead over a captain or compete for the captain position. Anyway this is a lesson for the Dolls, being appreciative, respectful, mindful of other people’s feelings, being a team player.
trinity Dowling being captain is more then being the best dancer on the team. That's why Kayla got captain over Caleda a few years ago. You have to be just above average dancer but also a good leader with history with the girls

And allowing the girl that they hurt the opportunity to show them how they made her feel was a learning opportunity that Dianna did not miss. Kudos. Well, they had a legitimate concern being that most girls rose through the ranks from drill master to captain like Camryn and Chrystianna did and now a crab has a shot at captain, girls who have drill master and co captain positions feel slighted. They should have taken that concern up with Dianna. They messed up with the group texting even if Dianna didn't get a hold of it - it was a recipe for disaster for the team. But with Dianna's hair going from straight to curly instantaneously, I'm side eyeing this scene just a bit lol.
I understand that most of them would be upset but at the same time Princess is not the average crab that comes in from tryouts with little to no experience, she new to the team not new to the leadership role because she’s coming from being captain herself, so In a way if was half expected🤷🏾♀️ But that hair thing though..... good catch I didn’t even notice it until you pointed It out
