Happy Song, True Friends and Avalanche fron Thats The Spirit I'd recommend to check them from this show cause the orchestra makes them 100x better and also Can You Feel My Heart and It Never Ends are really good songs from this show Edit: The orchestral intros for some of the songs in this show aren't actually in the studio version 2nd edit: Yes Oli struggeled with a ketamine addiction and he had a rough childhood so he has suffered a lot from depression, and actually the song Can You Feel My Heart(The version at this concert is amazing) is based off of a suicide note that Oli wrote back when he was addicted to drugs

Thanks mate, I like breaking things down, some people listen but some people 'hear' music, but if you want a laugh, just watch my nightwish elan video for at least 3-4 minutes, I've watched it back editing and I made myself laugh 😂😂😂

The song does have a lot of orchestral arrangement throughout but the whole beginning section was written for this gig and a lot of it was emphasized.

actually, you can check about the lyric on genius dot com. there you can check what's the meaning behind the lyric because there's explanation from oli himself. and mostly, almost every song is from oli past experience which is kinda cool when we understand about the lyrics

there are a few orchestra instruments in this song, but that was the orchestra's take on an intro which really goes well. really wish I was there ❤️❤️

Rain on my parade is a common saying here for someone being pessimistic towards you in an attempt to ruin your optimism or enthusiasm. It's like being really happy about an accomplishment only to have someone tell you that the achievement isn't that impressive.

I interpreted it as a song about depression/ su1c1de, as he asks for death, talks about kicking the chair/ tying the rope, the devil kept the reciept (su1c1de attempt). The rain on my parade I believe was like wanting something to push you over the edge/ giving you the ‘courage’/ ‘willpower’ to attempt.
