Aside from learning from ur mom, how do you know which chilis to use for the dish? Which chilis go with each dish? Can you make a terrible mess by mixing the wrong chilis? Thank you for helping. Hi, I’m about to make this recipe and I want it to come out perfectly… I read on the caption the recipe is calling for 12 whole cloves, did you actually add them and forgot to mention it?
