I have heard audio from this book and other Pleiadians material played at so many EDM shows but its source always remained a mystery to me,until now. This unlocked some many amazing memories for me. I have seen parts of this audio played for tens of thousands of people, many people crying of lifting their arms to the air as if having a religious experience during INZO, LSDream, and others shows. The world is such a beautiful place.
At the 2: 11: 30 min mark, Pleiadians discuss about breathing and our chakras. Dr Joe Dispenza's calls them energy centers, and in his teachings, he goes into great detail about them. People doing a certain type of breath work before a meditation on each of these centers, are healing from all kinds of diseases, and even to the point of biblical proportions. Dr Joe goes into the science and great detail of how this effects our body. His best meditation is called "Blessing of the Energy Centers 3". So with what theses Pleiadians were saying about them 35 years ago is so true. His best book to read is Breaking the Habit of being Yourself" Lose your mind and create another one. Dr Joe is a genius, and his teachings are very practical and easy to learn, and many say "Finally something that actually works... and you get immediate results"
